What is Federal American?

The Federal American Grant Program provides government grants from the Confederate Tribes of the Goshute Nation (a Native American Tribe) to be used by moderate to low income US home-buyers towards the purchase of a home. The program is available to tribal AND non-tribal members alike.

Federal American will send the grant directly to the settlement agent. The homebuyer must only qualify for a loan that allows such a grant and the seller must agree to the seller grant concession.
